Bio

I’ve been building on NetSuite and SuiteCommerce for the better part of my career — first as part of a team shipping implementations end to end, later as the engineer brought in when other firms had run a project into the ground. It’s unglamorous work, and it’s exactly the kind I like: long-lived, business-critical, and unforgiving of shortcuts.

Along the way I’ve worked in-house, inside agencies, and on my own — with B2B distributors, manufacturers, and DTC brands at the scale where NetSuite stops being a spreadsheet replacement and starts being the system the whole business runs on.

What I like most about the work is the integration layer — the place where NetSuite meets the storefront, the 3PL, the EDI partner, the payment processor. That’s where most projects actually break, and it’s where careful engineering pays for itself for years after the launch.

Cart Creative is small on purpose. It’s founder-led — every project has me on it from the first call to the last commit — and when a project needs a specialist I bring one in deliberately and name them. No invisible benches, no junior handoffs, no agency layers between you and the engineer.

How we work

Four things we’ve agreed on with ourselves.

  • We quote what we can ship.

  • We write code we'd be willing to maintain.

  • We leave documentation behind.

  • We'd rather say no than over-promise.
